The responsibilities include communicating continuously with project managers and superintendents to ensure they know project status, risks, and issues. The candidate must be knowledgeable about the NEC and construction codes and be able to read blueprints and plans. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, motivator, and team player.The role also involves conducting timely periodic inspections and providing on-site supervision for assignments. The candidate will be responsible for managing the availability of equipment, materials, supplies, and labor. The candidate must also estimate the time and material costs required for projected jobs, keep cost and job records, and submit reports. Furthermore, the candidate should initiate supplies, tools, and equipment requisitions as and when required.Position Requirements:Education: High school diploma/equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
