- Lead safety improvement projects
- Provide technical support to plant operations
- Troubleshooting of plant equipment and quality issues
- Lead capital equipment projects
- Stay up to date with recent technology
- Support R&D with new product development
- Analyze KPIs to find areas of improvement

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- BS degree in engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to provide occasional off-hour support
