About Cloud Infrastructure & Security Services: Cognizant’s Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice (CIS), is all about embracing digital transformation by driving core modernization holistically across layers.
Cognizant is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Cloud AWS/ Azure / Devops)
Application Deadline – 7th June 2024
Location – Denver, CO
Skill - Technical Cloud Manager (Cloud AWS/ Azure / Devops)
Handling contract scope including establishing agreed upon contract results roles and responsibilities and proactively identifying gaps in internal plans and external expectations along with creating project plans and schedules. Driving multiple projects in parallel to completion within time and budget.
Technical Competencies
- IT Infrastructure (VM, Network, Database, Backup, DR), Healthcare Domain
- Application Support, Product upgrades
- Data center migration, Infra Project Manager
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good technical skills.
- Possesses the expert knowledge to find opportunities for continuous improvement and the ability to convey the need for change.
- Infrastructure Knowledge
- Good interpersonal presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to encourage team members to be innovative with their solutions.
Additional information
- Managing the project in compliance with defined quality achievement gates project management standards and best practices to include managing metrics.
- Contributing to estimates of work effort on Contracts and Project Change Requests.
- Leading project teams on internal efforts or ancillary client engagements with a team comprised of individual contributors and or other project managers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field. PMP Certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in a project management role or managing medium to large projects and leading teams.
The annual salary for this position is between $100000 - $150000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
