We are looking for a Resident engineer (F-M) for CMO Auto Flat Europe ((Stuttgart-Wolfsburg)).The Resident Engineer, within the Customer Team, is the first link between the Automotive /Electrical Steel customers and ArcelorMittal organizations (Development, R&D, …) to ensurean optimum application of innovative steel solutions of Arcelormittal at earliest stages of thevehicle conception.As a resident engineer working closely with your client, you will instill trust, build intimacy and ensure client satisfaction. You will also play different roles from client team support to strategic support. You will also make sure to maintain good relationships with industrial units on customer technical needs and R&D for new products development.Please note that the exact location will depend on the proximity with the client portfolio you will be in charge of.Skills & Requirements: Be autonomous, pro-active and customer-focus Think value-oriented and solution-oriented Have good and synthetic communication skills Have a high interest in technical topics with an Engineering Master degree 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of automotive sector, preferably in the field of engineering (BIW or chassis) with knowledge of metal transformation Professional knowledge of English as well as fluent in German Mobility: regular customers visits as well as plant visits. This might require overnight stays.
