Experience

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field; 10 or more years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Certifications preferred.

Top 3 Must Haves

• Hands-on experience in Java, database development, including SQL and Non-SQL (Mongo preferred)
• Testing with test case creation and execution as QA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automation of test cases in Selenium

Required Skills

• Primarily Full Stack Java development experience
• Database design and SQL development
• Hands-on experience in Java, database development, including SQL and Non-SQL (Mongo preferred), testing with test case creation and execution (automation and Manual: Selenium Java)
• Collaborating with a team of developers and product managers
• The ability to self-manage and organize; should be able to find answers considering zero help.
• Proactive communication is a must for this position; we can't have someone sitting down and waiting for someone to help.
• Strong written and verbal communication

Nice to have skills: .Net Framework

Roles & Responsibilities

• Completing work assigned to you on time, on-spec, and free from defects
• Core understanding of SOLID principles.
• Previous experience with supporting user authentication solutions.
• Understanding of application SSO.
• Some exposure to encryption and encoding technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience and knowledge of health care industry desired.
• Creating and executing unit test cases according to MBM guideline
• Creating and executing QA Test cases according to MBM guideline (Manual and Automation: Selenium Java)
• Working on database changes as required
• Security scan of the code and fixing any defect introduced by your code
• Writing clean, testable, and well-documented back- and front-end code
• Performing performance testing according to MBM guideline
• Deployment, release support, post-production support according to MBM guideline
• Actively participating in sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and fortnightly retrospectives
• Expectations prior to attending interview
• They need to share screens for minor code assignments.
• Have them set Selenium on the laptop and ready to showcase a sample and explain.
