Senior Control Engineer

A leading system integration company within Dallas TX is looking to hire a Senior Automation Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• PLC programming in Rockwell Allen Bradley
• Develop and implement algorithms for process automation and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems.
• Interpreting customer specifications, drawings, and documentation requirements, along with industrial standards such as NFPA, CSA, UL508, IEC, and NEMA
• Support business development activities and sales team with reviewing customer RFQ specifications, assist with providing input to the proposal team along with detailed project estimating.
• Read and understand scope documentation detailing control system functionality required for the implementation of PLC architecture design and program development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• At least 5+ years' experience within manufacturing or system integration having worked with some of the below systems:
• Allen Bradley PLCs
• FactoryTalk
• PlantPAX (Desirable)
• Wonderware System Platform
• Wonderware InTouch
• Ignition, VTSCADA, GE iFIX are also SCADA systems that are preferred but not required
