LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled contract to hire Database and Ticket Operations Coordinator to join our client’s event operations team. This role is crucial for overseeing ticketing processes and managing the Salesforce CRM system to ensure seamless event launches, ticket sales, and event execution. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional with a deep understanding of Salesforce, ticketing systems, and event operations, capable of managing complex processes and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce CRM Management:

  • Assist in configuring and managing events within Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Update and audit Salesforce data regularly.
  • Train internal teams on the effective use of Salesforce for event management and ticketing.
  • Collaborate with IT and Salesforce admins to resolve issues and implement new features.

Ticket Operations:

  • Coordinate the fulfillment of digital and physical tickets, working with vendors and partners.
  • Monitor ticket sales performance and generate reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices related to ticketing.
  • Manage seating inventory for assigned events and handle ticket-related inquiries.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining remote box offices for events.

Event Coordination:

  • Provide on-site support during events, including ticket operations and guest services.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of ticketing strategies to enhance guest experiences.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the Salesforce Management & Ticket Operations Manager to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Communicate with team members and departments to align goals and priorities.
  • Support system enhancements and manage the overall ticketing process.


Requirements:

Work Experience, Education, and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in ticketing and CRM software management (live/sporting events experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM software, and project management tools.
  • Bi/multilingual candidates are preferred.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Highly adaptable, comfortable making decisions in changing situations.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Extensive walking and standing for over 12 hours during events.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg).

Other Requirements:

  • Full-time, in-person role based in Charlotte, NC, or London, UK.
  • Flexibility to work long hours and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. or U.K
