Senior Designer

Job Summary
A Lead Graphic Designer manages the creative projects from concept to completion while guiding a team of designers. They collaborate with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, develop innovative design solutions, and maintain high-quality standards across all visual outputs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Function
Skilled in storytelling, branding, and a strategic thinker to create and solve visual communication opportunities that brings brands to life. Utilize exceptional design skills and demonstrate high level of critical thinking and problem solving.

Specific Creative Responsibilities

• Design and produce custom graphics and provide production files to vendors
• Create custom apparel graphics specific to client request
• Create product renders and illustrations to client specifications
• Present market analysis and trend research
• Design and coordinate special projects, new business pitch and client presentations
• Conceptualize and execute designs from ideation, development, and completion
• Participate in brainstorm for custom client needs
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and vendors to ensure the level of service and quality always exceeds expectations
• Inspire and guide Production Designers

JOB SKILLS AND TRAITS

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Microsoft Office
• High attention to details, strong organization, and time management skills
• Ability to quickly grasp a creative brief and meet it with creative and on-brand ideas
• Adhere to brand guidelines and contribute fresh ideas to meet business and user needs
• Ability to work closely and effectively with other members of design group and clients
• Able to direct and mentor fellow designers to ensure productivity, consistency, and brand appropriate output
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to implement sound judgement
• Ability to work under pressure with a solid sense for setting priorities.

• Role is client facing. Will be involved in brain storms and presentations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
• 10+ years of Graphic Design industry experience
• Experience in creating branding, custom graphics and product renders
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and skills relative to experience
