Schedule: Onsite Monday-Friday
Salary: $95,000-105,000 + 10% bonus
Day to Day Duties:
Ensure exceptional customer service by investigating and resolving
quality-related issues and complaints.
Supervise inspection and testing teams to maintain high productivity
and technical integrity.
Provide technical and statistical guidance to teams, supporting data-
driven decision-making.
Develop, document, and maintain quality control standards and
ongoing objectives.
Collaborate with production managers to align quality objectives with
production procedures, maximizing product reliability and minimizing
costs.
Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures throughout
the production cycle.
Communicate quality control philosophy to key personnel across the
company.
Oversee inspection activities during all stages of production to ensure
consistent quality.
Utilize total quality management tools for analysis and reporting.
Interact with vendors to guarantee the quality of purchased parts.
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives within the
organization.
Design, develop, and implement quality control training programs.
Manage projects and perform additional duties as needed to support
overall operations.
Must Have’s:
Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years
Degrees/credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or
Manufacturing Engineering with strong analytical skills is
required
Programs/Software: ISO9001 and AS9100
