We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer with hands-on experience in .NET and production support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software architectures, be proficient in SQL databases, and demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis. You will collaborate with teams in India to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide production support for .NET applications.
-Troubleshoot and analyze issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
-Work with SQL databases for problem identification and resolution.
-Collaborate effectively with offshore teams in India for support and coordination.
Qualifications:
-Strong experience in .NET and production support.
-Hands-on knowledge of software architecture principles.
-Proficient in SQL database management and querying.
-Willingness to work with a global team across different time zones.
