This position is 7AM-7PM Friday - Sunday! The CNC Operator will operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts and components based on engineering drawings and specifications. The operator will ensure quality control and accuracy throughout the production process while adhering to safety standards and operating procedures. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical training or certification in CNC machine operation preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of G-code and other CNC programming languages is a plus.
Experience with various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Attention to detail and precision in work.
Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders) to perform precision machining tasks.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machine settings, tooling, and processes required.
Load and unload raw materials and parts into CNC machines.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.
Conduct quality checks on parts using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ensure parts meet required specifications and tolerances.
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
