If you have a passion for drafting and design and are familiar with commerical construction and design, keep reading. Our client is searching for a draftsmen/project manager with AutoCAD experience. The ideal candidate has two to three years of expereince overseeing multiple projects. Please below!
salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
AutoCAD certification or commensurate work experience
Excel certification or demonstrates working knowledge of Excel. Knowledge
of formula usage and pivot tables a plus, but not required
An aptitude for math, geometry and 3D visualization
Working knowledge of Adobe PDF, including commenting and mark-ups
Working knowledge of structural shapes, concrete structures and other conventional
building systems is a plus
Knowledge of 3D object creation and editing a plus, but not required
Familiarity with Revit 2013 is a plus, but not required
Ability to read architectural plan
Skills
AUTOCAD (3 years of experience is preferred)
2d/3d Drafting (5 years of experience is preferred)
SolidWorks (2 years of experience is preferred)
Planning

Blueprint Reading
