Just Construction Recruitment are currently looking for an Electrical Superintendent on behalf of a leading Electrical Contractor in Dallas.
You will oversee multiple crews and implement the installation of large-scale electrical systems. You manage work sequencing, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure safe and timely completion of all projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, and our ideal candidate possesses significant prior experience organizing and administering multiple crews on large work sites. You should have ample experience with installation and construction processes, as well as experience with blueprint reading, electrical schematics, wiring, conduit work, and thorough knowledge of workplace safety practices.

Package:
Salary: $40 - $50 P/H, DOE.
$400 - $600 vehicle allowance + fuel card.
Quarterly bonus (usually around $2k - $3k).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple crews on major projects.
Manage material procurement and requisition needs.
Establish workflows and sequences to ensure projects remain on track.
Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety.
Qualifications/ requirements:
Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
Five or more years’ experience working in the electrical industry.
2 + years supervising electrical construction projects.
Flexible and works well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Works well under pressure particularly when faced with unexpected events, delays, tight timelines or urgent demands.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structures.
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Thorough in completing tasks and focused on detail and accuracy.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Works with a high level of integrity and ethical business practices.
Physical ability to: lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds.
