Senior Engineer - SaaS
ZL Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineer - SaaS in the Milpitas, CA area.
Responsibilities
- Work as a part of geographically distributed engineering teams to enable transition of ZL tech's flagship products to a scalable, reliable and high-performance SaaS.
- Work on transition of current application architecture to microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with other functional teams in understanding requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality software on time.
Requirements
- BS / MS degree in Computer Science, Information technology or engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale (distributed) and scalable system architecture.
- 2+ years of experience in Kubernetes, container technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in Cloud native development.
- Experience in building REST APIs.
- Expertise in Dev/Ops and CI/CD implementation.
- Understanding of microservice design and architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
