With ample opportunities for career advancement and our great benefits, we are sure to give you a challenging yet satisfying job experience!Responsibilities:Assist Project Managers with technical, and civil engineering design or provide Project ManagementPerform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources:Water and wastewater infrastructure designStormwater management designSite gradingErosion and sediment control designPrepare plans for agency/municipal reviewCompletion of various land development and environmental permitting applicationsAttend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractorsCandidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated, and willing to put the full effort towards the task at handCandidate should have a strong desire to grow and advance as an engineer or technical designerQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited institution5+ years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or civil-site engineering designAutoCAD proficiency required, Civil 3D preferredFamiliarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software preferredKnowledge of green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofsFamiliarity with ArcGIS softwareMust be able to pass a background check to be consideredBenefits:Flexible Work EnvironmentPaid Parental LeaveMedicalDentalVisionLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off + Holidays
