Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive capital project initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Develop and analyze robust business cases to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and address challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in dairy, food & beverage, or liquid manufacturing
• Proven track record in project management, ideally with PMP certification
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for driving innovation and delivering results
