Service Engineer (FULL SCOPE POLY)

Zachary Piper Solutions is presently in search of an M365 Engineer to provide tier 1 - tier 2 support for end users.
Role Summary:
• Troubleshoot and administer tenant services.
• Utilization of custom tools for the effective resolution of system issues.
• Detection and adept rectification of system glitches.
• Thorough logging and documentation of incident resolutions.
Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI FS Poly clearance is a requirement.
• Experienced in Active Directory
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive Salary: Up to $130,000, contingent on experience.
