Duration: 14 month contract with extensions

Schedule: Fully on-site M-F; 1st shift: 8am-5pm OR 2nd shift: 4:30pm-12:30am
Compensation: $36/hr-$42/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Consumer Manufacturing Client is seeking an Engineer 2 to join their team in Fort Washington, PA. This individual will be a part of an exciting opportunity with bringing two new manufacturing lines into the site. They will be involved from design, planning, selection, installation, development, improvement, qualification and validation of manufacturing equipment, processes, systems, and components. They will gather and collect data from multiple different departments to identify and address equipment, process and/or validation needs and create reports for management. The Engineers will create SOP's and support process specifications, selection, design, integration factory acceptance, installation development, commissioning, and validation concerned with life cycle management initiatives. They will write change control documentation and perform assignments that have sophisticated objectives and require the investigation of multiple variables. After collecting the required data, they will write documentation that captures the end-to-end project specific information including but not limited to Equipment User requirements Documents (URS), Factory Acceptance Protocols and Reports, Line trial protocols and reports, equipment commissioning and center lining, validation protocols, risk assessments, test plans, test results analysis and conclusion, change controls, project budgets and schedules, and 2D and 3D drawings and engineering documents. We are looking for Engineers to support first shift (8-5) and second shift (4:30-12:30), M-F, with opportunity when needed for over time or a weekend shift.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
2+ years of industry experience within Manufacturing
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
