Task’s list for Civil Engineer:

• Get Creative: Plan and design diverse development projects, including lot layout, grading, stormwater management, and utilities.
• Team Up: Work closely with our technical staff to provide top-notch consulting engineering services to land developers.
• Stay Connected: Interact daily with project teams across various disciplines and offices to keep projects on track and moving smoothly.
• Hands-On Experience: Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
• Show Your Skills: Prepare and review detailed engineering plans, designs, and specifications.
• Be a Compliance Guru: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations from start to finish.

Civil Engineer should bring:

• Qualifications: EIT or PE certification.
• Experience: Proven experience in land development, whether you’re new to the industry or have several years under your belt. B.S. in Civil Engineering Preferred.
• Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
