Conduct individual advising sessions to help students/alumni make informed career decisions and to aid in preparation of job application materialsProvide expert guidance on year-by-year career planningDirect students/alumni to relevant career tools and online/campus resourcesDeliver career workshops and topical outreach presentations to general and targeted student populationsAssist with logistical and administrative details for career fairs, office-related events, and departmental eventsCoordinate programs and perform duties which may include externships, supervising student staff, tracking graduate accommodation via first destination reports, etc.Stay up-to-date with current trends affecting campus recruiting, job market, immigration, etc.Produce marketing, promotional material, and social media content for owned programsCollaborate with a student mentor to lead and facilitate a cohort for the First Year Interest Group programProvide exceptional front of house customer service to students, employer guests, prospective families, and visitors of the university
