Job Details

We are currently a leader in the Automation Industry specializing in innovative products that are in every industry.
Handle day-to-day operations focusing on continuous improvements
Ensure Safety Policies and Procedures are being followed
Develop processes for training and proficiency demonstration of department team members.
Maintain manufacturing equipment focusing on high reliability and continuous improvement.
Maintain building facilities, including HVAC and electrical.
Establish and develop contractor relationships.
Coordinate and supervise work performed by outside vendors to ensure projects are completed on time.
Ensure efficient repair schedules, including preventative maintenance and cost estimates.
Optimize costs, efficiency, and equipment availability.
Identify required spare parts and ensure availability.
Lead and manage engineering projects, including new installations, facility upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and extend asset life.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for the engineering and maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
