Qualifications:

1. Internet Director must have previous dealership internet experience. Nissan experience a plus.
2. Resume must be uploaded for immediate consideration.
3. Granbury, TX 76049: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).

Responsibilities:

1. Hire, coach, train, counsel and monitor the performance of business development representatives in order to assure top performance.
2. Work alongside Executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies.
3. Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns.
4. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts.
5. Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objective set by management.
6. Develop campaigns with management for BDC department.

Benefits:

Pay and Recognition:

Up to $150,000/year depending on experience and target incentives.
