CNC MACHINIST

• Work safely, follow all safety practices in product manufacturing environment
• Operate, change over and adjust and perform a broad range of operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, facing, turning and chamfering on materials to close tolerances using lathes and/or automatic CNC Machines
• Read and Follow prints
• GD & T
• Experience in manual mills and lathes
• Plan exacting and fairly difficult set ups and perform a broad range of operations, utilizing lathes and mutli-cut tooling on a wide variety of large, complicated and expensive castings, forgings and stock of parts to close tolerances and relationships to stepped diameters, shoulders, recesses and formed sections for custom or standardized products.
• Shape , Cut and finish parts and materials
• Select tools, speeds, feeds and devise tooling for varying materials and conditions and adjustments
• Produce high quality parts
