Just Construction Recruitment are currently looking for an Electrical Project Manager on behalf of a leading Electrical Contractor in Dallas.
My client predominantly works on ground up commercial electrical construction projects between $5m - $20m. They also carry out some select remodel projects between $1m - $5m.
Types of projects my client works on include but are not limited to: office space, restaurants, high rise buildings, theatres, etc.
They are based in Dallas - Re-locators will also be considered, with re-location money offered.
Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion.
Assign resources to projects and project objectives and monitor progress.
Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach project goals.
Manage project budget to reach revenue, cost, and profit targets.
Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
Participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements and specifications.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Oversee all phases of electrical construction for multi-million-dollar projects.
Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage project teams and subcontractors effectively.
Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company.
Package:
Salary - $130k - $160k, DOE.
Vehicle allowance $600 - $800 P/M + fuel card.
Lucrative bonus scheme up to $20% of annual salary.

Requirements:
5 + years' electrical industry experience.
2+ years of electrical project management experience on large-scale commercial projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
Flexible and works well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Works well under pressure particularly when faced with unexpected events, delays, tight timelines or urgent demands.
Business acumen and financial management skills.
Valid Electrical License on the Journeyman or Master level strongly preferred.
