Sr Full Stack Engineer

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the future of underwear, shapewear and loungewear. We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative, and are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join us in building the next generation of intimates.

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining SKIMS front end codebase. You will also be directly responsible for estimation, coding, automated unit / integration testing and code debugging. Additionally, you will also be expected a contributor towards building a team culture of collaboration, agile thinking and practices and valuing quality.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the SKIMS core infrastructure products through development of various internal and public facing web applications.
2. Participate in all stages of product development.
3. Collaborate and provide constructive feedback through code reviews.
4. Champion Test Driven Development engineering best practices and writing clean code.

Requirements

1. At least 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building highly scalable cloud native frontend web applications.
2. Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management libraries.
3. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
5. Hands-on experience designing and building API services.
6. Hands-on experience working with Headless frames and micro services.
7. React, Typescript, Tailwind, Storybook.
8. Familiar working with code versioning tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

Nice to Have

1. Headless Ecommerce.
2. Shopify, Hydrogen, Oxygen.
3. Familiar with AWS services including EC2, CloudFront, SQS, Lambda, RDS, monitoring and observability via Cloud Watch Experience.

Salary: $160,000.00 - $185,000.00 a year
