Recruiter - Supply Chain & Engineering

As a Recruiter, you will own the full life-cycle recruitment for the Corporate Supply Chain and Plant-Based Engineering roles within the Mark Anthony US business units. You will partner with internal leaders, hiring managers and people operations partners to support hiring needs. You will work closely with external candidates to ensure an outstanding candidate experience is delivered on a consistent basis through active sourcing and recruitment.

Accountabilities

• Intake and consult with Hiring Managers and HRBPs on open roles/vacancies. Taking on high priority roles as needed or assigned.
• Provide end to end candidate experience inclusive of interview preparation, communications related to process, logistics and status of candidacy, as well as answering questions about what it’s like to work at Mark Anthony Group.
• Build and execute sourcing plans to generate candidates for open jobs.
• Screen candidates to determine role requirements and present a diverse slate of qualified candidates.
• Extend and negotiate all job offers acting in the best nature of the business.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
• 2-5 years of recruiting experience required, within Engineering and Corporate Supply Chain recruitment at exempt/professional levels.
• Knowledge and understanding of EEOC and other recruiting related regulations.
