They are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join their Data Science team, where the engineer will play a key role in developing and deploying scalable, innovative models.

Success in this role requires experience deploying complex models in high-throughput, low-latency environments, a solid foundation in ML algorithms, and a passion for delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Role:

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into machine learning solutions.
• Develop and implement machine learning models for tasks like recommendation systems, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Deploy models in production, ensuring scalability and reliability with the engineering teams.
• Monitor and optimize models, proactively addressing performance issues.
• Stay updated on the latest ML research and technologies to enhance model effectiveness.
• Document processes and share insights to promote team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• You need to have a MSc or PhD level in Stem subject.
• You must have proven knowledge in the implementation of Machine Learning and clustering techniques with commercial experience as a Data Scientist.
• DevOps experience in CI/CD.
• Experience using Tensorflow, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Experience using Python is a must (tools like AWS and Spark are beneficial)
• Excellent communication skills and team and colleague engagement.
• A keen interest in problem-solving and using scalable machine learning to solve the biggest data-related problems

Salary and Benefits

• $170,000 - $200,000 base salary
• Bonus
• Remote work flexibility for East or Central Time Zones, with a preference for candidates near the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
