You are seeking a work environment where people are encouraged to dream, explore, discover and, as important, laugh together. If you’re prepared to work hard, create impact, and have fun while doing it, we would love to have you join #TeamTory. Apply today!

Life @ToryBurch is Special Because:

  • Our culture is welcoming and inclusive - everyone is empowered to make a difference.
  • We have the best team in the world and believe in paying competitively and rewarding for high performance.
  • Your overall well-being is important to us; we offer generous benefits to help you take care of your mental and physical health, create financial security, and achieve wellness in all areas of your life.
  • We love seeing our employees wear our beautiful collections. You’ll receive a generous employee discount and access to exclusive sample sales.
  • We are invested in your professional growth – you’ll have access to free executive coaching on-demand.
  • We believe in the importance of giving back and you’ll have many opportunities to do just that through the Tory Burch Foundation and paid volunteer days.

This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

You are an experienced Product Management leader with a passion for leading a team, prioritizing a technology roadmap aligned to our strategic initiatives, and achieving the optimal customer experience. You enjoy working with cross-functional partners to understand and support their needs and are energized by dynamic environments with competing priorities. You balance strong business acumen, including having comfort with data and an intuitive understanding of “size of prize,” as well as technical fluency to problem solve efficiently. You think creatively to generate solutions and provide comprehensive risk/benefit analyses to aid in decision making and prioritization. You enjoy driving initiatives and innovation across multiple channels and have a passion for fashion and retail. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… atypical. As the leader of Tory Burch’s global digital product roadmap, your day might start with leading discussions around the Product process across eCommerce, retail, omnichannel, and CRM. You could be sharing UX, UI, & User Research findings to ensure we remain focused on a frictionless omnichannel experience. Collaboration is key, so you’ll find yourself working closely with Technology, Retail, Digital, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and International teams.

One moment you might be optimizing capital investment spend against digital initiatives, and the next, evaluating vendors with our Technology team to ensure they meet our business needs. Defining and tracking KPIs will also be a regular part of your role. Innovation will be at the heart of what you do, which includes exploring emerging technologies, fostering a culture of experimentation, and continuously identifying opportunities to make our platforms best-in-class.

Flexibility and agility are essential as you adapt to a fast-paced environment. But despite that, there will be a consistent thread throughout your day, and it’s a great one: working with an amazing team of people who share your passion for fueling impact and results.

To Land This Role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in a highly analytical, digital product leadership role for a direct-to-consumer brand
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead projects from conception through execution
  • Experience prioritizing competing opportunities, managing conflicts, and articulating rationale behind product decisions
  • Adept at leading change management from inception through execution and beyond
  • Expertise in vendor negotiations and management
  • Experience with agile development teams and workflows within JIRA, Confluence, and Roadmunk or similar systems; offshore development team experience is a plus
  • End-to-end experience with what it takes to launch a site, including an understanding of content management systems and eCommerce platforms (Google Analytics and PIM systems preferred)
  • Hybrid work environment (three in-office days each week)

Why You'll Want to Join Our Team:

We connect the dots by taking our company strategic objectives and making them tangible & measurable – while having some fun along the way.
