1. Strong technical background with Java J2EE.
2. Experience in Jboss Server.
3. Knowledge in BPM/TIBCO.
4. Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
5. Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, especially Agile/iterative development processes.
6. Ability to establish priorities and work independently on multiple tasks.
7. Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
