If you have technical skills and an excellent customer service mentality, then the Bray Commercial Field Engineer position is perfect for you at Bray International. This technician will support our sales team, distributors and end-users of our products with technical questions and processing RMA returns related to the use of our products. You will work directly with our Warranty division and have a major impact on our customers and the relationship we maintain with them. The Bray Commercial Service Engineer will report directly to the BCD Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Bray employees, distributors, and customers through email, calls, messages, and visits
- Assist the Quality/RMA Department with technical troubleshooting, emails, and documents
- Create, update, and train production work procedures for the valve/actuator assembly process
- Create and update technical marketing/published product offering documents
- On occasion, travel to customer facilities to provide troubleshooting and repair
- Generically, all areas described above in Job Responsibilities
- Electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical technical support
- Butterfly, ball, globe, pressure independent control valves
- Electric motor and pneumatic piston/diaphragm actuators
- Electrical control systems like PLC, BMS, Arduino and RaspberryPI
- Electrical multimeter, signal generator, and power supply
- Ethernet, Bacnet, and Modbus networks
- Computer skills: MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), 2D AutoCAD, 3D modeling software and other applicable software
- Able to Lift 50 Lbs. or less periodically
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Permanent work authorization for the USA REQUIRED
- Must be self-motivated and have a willingness to grow their knowledge with Bray Commercial products, their functionality, and use
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, comfortable working individually and in a team environment to reach goals.
