The Work:

• Define Approaches and Strategies for Test management inclusive of the use to best practices, Automation, and AI.
• Apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies and Testing Scope through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
• Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
• Responsible and provide guidance for test execution.
• Responsible and report testing risks and issues.
• Provide overall testing status.
• Manage Overall Test Execution.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

• Minimum of 10 years experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs.
• Minimum of 7 years experience managing a testing team of SAP resources in a Global delivery model (preferably in an Agile or Hybrid model).
• Minimum of 7 years experience with S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ecosystem Applications (ie: SuccessFactors, Ariba, Analytics, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.).
• Minimum of 7 years working with clients/projects in Test Management, Planning, and Execution.
• Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role or position.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
