Job Title: Senior Designer

McKinsey & Company Inc. United States is seeking a Senior Designer. The role involves synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research to generate insights that influence the overall user engagement experience before, during, and after using a product.
The responsibilities include:
- Create and refine research deliverables that clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition for a product and the desire to use it. These deliverables include user journeys, personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure that the usability of products is optimized despite underlying system complexity or constraints.
- Create user interfaces for software products that can be mapped directly to the business and user requirements of the project, as well as clearly embody the UX strategy.
- Guide team members to ensure that designs are aligned with the product UX strategy and the Firm's visual identity guidelines.
- Create designs that align with user needs/experience models, business objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Create presentations of design deliverables and interactions with a logical structure, clear storyline, and conclusions.

Qualified applicants for this position must possess:
- A Masters degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience building change or behavior campaigns for complex websites or products.
Experience must include:
- Behavioral research and the human-centered design thinking process as it relates to marketing and the product development lifecycle.
- Effective communication with stakeholders from across the organization to bring technical expertise, answer questions, and troubleshoot problems.
- Use of design thinking process, including journey mapping, persona creation, research planning, conducting user interviews, creating research insights reports, and creating behavioral change campaigns.
- Designing and facilitating co-creation design workshops.
- Designing and creating marketing collateral including emails, posters, presentations, slack campaigns, style guides, and marketing toolkits for implementation.
- Creating marketing funnels, analyzing user research data, and defining metrics to measure effectiveness of behavioral change campaigns.
- Prototyping and designing websites and mobile applications using Adobe Suite, Miro, Figma, InVision, and CMS platforms.
