Key duties and responsibilities: Systems maintenance. Engineer changes in SCADA and PLC systems and ensure proper archiving. Develop proposals for functional adjustments of systems and guide the implementation and technical realization of projects, including conducting acceptance tests. An initiative-taking role in answering questions and supporting users of the systems. Designing and programming PLC software/control solutions & defining interfaces. Realizing automation projects. Requirements for this role include: A relevant bachelors or masters degree. Experience in the process industry. Experience within a similar role. Knowledge of applications such as Siemens S7 and Siemens TIA Portal. A problem-solving and analytical viewpoint.
