Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in cloud security with a focus on GCP.
• Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer or Google Cloud Certified Architect certifications are highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud IAM, Cloud Security Command Center (SCC), Google Cloud Armor, Forseti Security, Cloud Key Management (KMS), and other GCP security tools.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption, firewall management, and security policies within GCP.
• Experience in incident response, vulnerability management, and security assessments .
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and automation tools like Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines .
• Knowledge of Regulatory Standards: Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS and other regulatory frameworks.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify security risks and propose mitigations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
