Product Engineer - Manufacturing

We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our team, focusing on the successful deployment of our platforms into customer data centers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless integration of our technology into diverse customer environments. Knowledge of customer data center infrastructures, including server, power, cooling, networking, and rack installations is highly desirable.

• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into manufacturable designs.
• Consult with customers and datacenter managers to support the installation and deployment of products.
• Provide server support in configuration, management, installation, along with optimizing server performance and implementing enhancements.
• Communicate data center installation requirements, including power, cooling, and networking, to customers and vendors.
• Provide expertise on rack-mounted equipment configurations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines for enterprise data processing equipment.
• Serve as a liaison between internal development teams and product management to provide technical insights on product configurations and ordering options.
• Interface with contract manufacturing groups, providing technical support, overseeing production processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and participate in the implementation and utilization of PLM systems to manage product data, revisions, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product structures. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various product lines and versions.
