Creative Designer (Digital & Illustration Focus)
Location: San Francisco (Occasional office days)
2 month assignment (Potential to extend)
Pay Rate: $41/hr.
On behalf of our client one the largest ridesharing companies, we are seeking an experienced Designer with a strong background in digital design and illustration. As a proactive problem-solver and natural collaborator, you thrive in an environment that values creativity and innovation. You'll be responsible for developing and refining a variety of design concepts, from brainstorming to execution, with a focus on delivering engaging, high-performance visual content. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging campaigns across multiple digital channels, including emails, landing pages, social media, and blogs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, creatives, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
- Research and implement design best practices for various platforms (web, email, social) while maintaining the brand’s visual aesthetic.
- Solve visual challenges with creative and innovative solutions from concept to completion.
Experience & Education:
- 3+years of experience in a design studio, agency, or in-house creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital mediums such as web and email design, social media assets, and more.
- Expertise in making design decisions informed by performance metrics.
- Experience in responsive, mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with CRM/lifecycle campaigns.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketers and project managers.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Illustration skills are a plus.
