Where You Come In
- You will prepare and execute sterilization validations and test protocols/reports for new products.
- You will support the assessment of impact of design and process changes on product biocompatibility and sterilization.
- You may support the evaluation of new or modified manufacturing-related changes on existing sterilization methods.
- Your teamwork and vision will help in creating strategies to assure compliance with regulatory standards regarding sterilization and biocompatibility.
- You may support other groups on sterilization and microbiological methods and processes as needed.
- You will be part of a team that assesses sterilization and microbiology processes to ensure they are maintained and updated with the most current regulations, standards, and industry practices.
- Your flexibility will help on miscellaneous projects and duties at the direction of Quality Assurance Management.
- You seek out novel sterilization solutions responding to the dynamic industry trends and changing regulations.
What Makes You Successful
- You have knowledge in medical device biocompatibility and sterilization – including biocompatibility, controlled environments, EO and gamma radiation sterilization.
- You are able to effectively adapt to changes in projects, processes, and industry.
- Your experience writing in the medical device or related industry will be extremely valuable to demonstrate compliance with 10993 series of standards as well as ISO 11135, 11137, 14698/17141, 13485, TIR 17, TIR 28.
- Your ability to collaborate and influence through verbal and written means will be an asset.
- Your ability to analyze data through statistical means is preferred.

Experience and Education
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
