This primary role will involve seamlessly integrating technologies to meet customer needs while leveraging Acxiom products. You will identify business challenges faced by prospects/clients, translate them into comprehensive business requirements aligning data with user journeys. By orchestrating workshops and meetings, you will manage customer expectations and project scope.
JOB ROLE SUMMARY
- Leads implementation of Acxiom solutions and/or manages complex changes.
- Ensures individualized solutions incorporate clients’ and Acxiom’s business strategy and technical vision.
- Acts as a technical lead in all solution communications with clients, overseeing progress throughout implementation.
For existing clients:
- Focus on client consulting for proposed changes, process improvements, issues, or research of client data inquiries.
- Function independently as the technical Subject Matter Expert for the end-to-end solution, providing direction to other Solution Architects.
- Coordinate technical aspects of changes, issues, and research independently.
- Provide solution consulting for the client and maintain a solution roadmap for future enhancements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assigned to projects for existing Acxiom customers or new logos.
- Responsible for solution design and business requirements, ensuring overall solution vision alignment.
- Provide direction to other Solution Architects on technology and design choices.
- Engage in project communications with clients using a consultative approach.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and transform them into a logical process flow.
- Maintain and enhance the client solution roadmap with technical changes and direction.
- Provide direction on technical and business stakeholder requirements and project plan.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in Acxiom and industry technologies.
- Define and adhere to Acxiom solution standards, estimates, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Identify areas of process improvement for profit enhancement and client value.
- Consult, advise, and educate management, teams, and clients through technical communications.
- Develop internal relationships with product teams to provide feedback for client business needs.
- Keep informed and evaluate the latest Acxiom and industry trends and technologies.
- Understand pre-sales process focusing on scoping and estimation.
KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES
- Comprehensive knowledge of clients’ and Acxiom’s technical and business environments.
- Deep knowledge of Acxiom Delivery Methodology, Project management, and Change Management procedures.
- Strong understanding of Acxiom organization structure, culture, and core products.
- Ability to exhibit leadership and contribute on major projects.
- Interface effectively with high-level client stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership to the team.
- Communicate technical concepts to clients in a non-technical fashion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years experience in technical roles and minimum 3 years in architect roles.
- Minimum 10 years experience in database marketing, direct marketing, or interactive Adobe marketing environments.
- Experience with Adobe AEP (RTCDP, CJA, AJO).
- Experience in an external client facing environment.
- Experience with change management procedures.
Any reference to years of experience should be disregarded in the UK.
