Overview
We are looking for someone who is detailed orientated, problem solving, and driven by data and research as a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist for our Long Beach office. You will be responsible for entering, managing, and maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms to support office operations and contribute to the overall success of Cambrian Homecare.
This position requires someone who is a team player, can multi-task with a "Yes we can!" attitude and someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. .

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date company records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective workflow and order fulfillment.
- Respond to email communications and assist with service inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of patient documentation, including consent forms and insurance authorizations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of focus.
- Capable of conducting detailed procedures accurately, even when under time pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Knowledge of handling medical information
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.
- Internet Savvy
- 18+ years old
- US work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
