Yoh is looking for a Senior Engineering Technician (Drafter)
to come in and join our big brand Biotech/ Pharma client. This Engineering Technician will be responsible for the creation and revising of electrical schematic and layouts, prints, assembly drawings for new/existing cabinets and controllers using AutoCAD. The ideal individual will need to come in at minimum with an Associate's degree and two years of AutoCAD competence in Microsoft and other application software. Compensation : $50-60/hour DOE
Schedule - M-F 8am-5pm, fully onsite
Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Manager, the position will create and revise electrical schematic and layout, prints, and assembly drawings for new/existing cabinets, controllers using AutoCAD
• Drafter will also be required to run costing for updated/created designs.
• Works collaboratively with the engineering team in electrical design and project coordination.
• Completes as-built drawings from field mark-ups as part of project closeout package
• Supports the engineering team with drawing set-up, preliminary drafting, and layout.
• This position will also work on other projects as assigned by manager.

Required Skills

• Associate degree, Technical Drafting degree, or two years of AutoCAD Competence in Microsoft and other office application software.
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills. Ability to create/modify models and drawings based on daily expectations while maintaining quality of work.
• Strong ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues and share workload as needed to provide quality customer support attention to detail organize priorities to meet customer deadlines support 24hr/7day a week global operation Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: High school diploma required.

Education

• At least an Associate Degree in a Technical Field
• AutoCAD & AutoCAD Electrical
