Position: Software Developer (SQL/Access/GIS)

Duration: 12 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Access and SQL required.
• Some experience with MS SharePoint and Tableau required.
• Some experience with GIS preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – able to clearly and concisely communicate, both orally and in writing, technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related field, or an Associate’s degree in the same fields plus a minimum of two (2) years full-time hands-on experience with SQL/MS Access programming.
• Medium to expert technical knowledge.
• Experience with program development in one or more SEU environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams.
• Experience in the industry or in a production/service environment similar to SEU is preferred. Knowledge in systems development life cycle and methodologies.
