Studio Rover is hiring a Graphic Designer
Studio Rover is a Bend, Oregon based design studio. We develop creative work for our clients in tech, B2B and consumer products across visual identity, design systems, advertising, digital product design and web UX/UI. We’re looking for a full time Junior- to Mid-level designer to join us in the heart of downtown Bend to work on a broad range of projects.
Your role
- Develop concepts, create visual design solutions, and see projects through to digital/print production.
- Ensure quality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
- Demonstrate a sharp eye for composition, typography, aesthetic trends and user experience principles.
- Communicate with confidence and clarity.
- Participate in internal and client-facing meetings and presentations.
- Organize, prioritize, and complete dynamic project requirements within established timelines.
- Work collaboratively alongside writers, developers, animators, strategists and creative directors.
- Maintain a positive, proactive attitude, an open mind and willingness to learn and grow.
Experience
- BA or BFA in design/UX/UI/VisCom, or comparable professional experience with a portfolio to back it up.
- 1-2 years agency (staff or freelance) or in-house experience on a creative team.
- A broad foundational skill set and experience across digital, social, and branding projects.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Experience with Figma is a must.
