Job Duties:

• Collaborate with customers, and cross-functional teams in AWS and internal cloud environments to evaluate, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues, proposing potential solutions and improvements.
• Design and develop automated testing tools, test plans, and procedures using Docker and Kubernetes as container services to ensure product quality, release readiness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain and develop Linux scripts and automation using Python for efficient application and infrastructure maintenance, adhering to best practices in iterative software development.
• Document software defects, operational activities, and design procedures in cloud environment while coordinating with technical support and providing feedback to developers on usability and functionality.

Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
