Join a leading industry player as an Environmental Engineer Trainee within the Cement Operations department at the Nazareth Cement plant in Nazareth, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to apply classroom skills in a heavy manufacturing environment at a sustainable business.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program to gain an insight into cement plant operations
- Support production goals through collaboration with experienced engineers and managers in various departments
- Attend production and maintenance meetings
- Complete assigned projects and conduct root cause analysis
- Engage in Continuous Improvement Program and safety compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
- Passion for process improvement in a heavy industrial environment
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour operational environment
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing environment with mechanical equipment, inclement weather, elevated noise levels, and dusty conditions
