Job Title: ITOM Developer

Type: Contract (12 months)

Start Date: November 1, 2024

Location: Hybrid (Remote) Bentonville, Arkansas

Experience Required:

• 8+ years with ServiceNow
• ITOM (SN discovery, service mapping, event management)
• Integration with third-party tools
• Application Portfolio Management (APM)
• Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM (preferred)
• Certified SPM (preferred)
• Certified Application Developer (preferred)

Skills:

• Proven ITSM/ITOM experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Intermediate ServiceNow implementation experience
• Proficiency in system integration (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP)
• Excellent troubleshooting and consultative skills
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Asset, Incident, Change Management, CMDB/Discovery, Service Mapping)
• Scripting (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)
• Understanding of ITSM, ITIL, CMDB
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs)
• Web services and integration experience
• Customization using UI Pages, UI Macro, CMS, CSS, HTML, Jelly

Compensation: $70-$80/hr
