Senior CAD Designer/Manager - Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Auto CAD Drafting & Design for residential/commercial site design and civil engineering projects
- Working knowledge of site/roadway layout, topographic surveys, utility, profiling, grading, earthwork calculations, and erosion control plans
- Must be proficient in Auto CAD/Civil 3D and Land Development software(s)
- Effective written and communication skills
- Proficient with AutoCAD (Civil 3D Preferred)
- Knowledge of the planning and zoning process
Senior CAD Designer/Manager - Responsibilities
- AutoCAD Civil 3D design/drafting for the preparation of site plans and layouts
- CAD support for the design staff
- Commercial, residential or mixed-use site and subdivision
- SWM, Grading, ESC & Utility design
