Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Address scalability challenges by optimizing neural networks, particularly during inference.
  2. Implement robust security measures to protect data, models (obfuscation), and infrastructure.
  3. Establish automated testing protocols for quality assurance in machine learning models.
  4. Assist in creating technical documentation to ensure reproducibility as necessary.
  5. Collaborate closely with both the AI and Engineering teams.

About You

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of industry experience with ML/DL models and ML Ops.
  3. Strong foundation in machine learning and data science.
  4. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Experience in optimizing scalability within machine learning infrastructure.
  6. Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance.
  7. A continuous learning mindset with awareness of emerging ML technologies.
  8. Proficiency in CI/CD concepts within machine learning workflows.
  9. Skilled in version control and automated testing.
  10. Expertise in real-time monitoring for deployed models.

Compensation Range: $170,000 - $220,000
