Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to join our Asset Lifecycle Management Business Unit. As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and designing cutting-edge solutions to address the unique challenges faced by our valued clients. Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and challenges, and develop comprehensive technical and service solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Solution Design: Create detailed architectural designs that encompass software, hardware, and integration components, considering scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Proposal Development: Participate in proposal development, providing technical expertise, scope definition, and cost estimation to support the sales team in winning new business opportunities.
- Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, engineers, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the implementation of proposed solutions, working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support to clients, addressing any technical issues or concerns.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Business / Technical preferred
- 3-5 years of Technical and Pre-Sales experience
- Travel at least 25% per month, with fluctuations as high as 50% in a month a few times per year
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management solutions
- Preferred: Pre-sales experience in service or outsourcing industry
- Technical Expertise: A strong background in designing and implementing complex B2B solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B services, IT service management, help desk, Service Now, and relevant enterprise systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset.

Reasonably expected salary range: $134,500.00 - $179,300.00 + commissions.
