You'll create intuitive, functional front-end libraries in HTML and CSS, working alongside a dynamic and passionate team. This could be your perfect fit if you desire to help others succeed and love writing clean, efficient code.

Your Role:

1. Develop plug-and-play front-end libraries in HTML and CSS for the development team.
2. Collaborate closely with the design team to code front-end designs and spot logical inconsistencies.
3. Provide design suggestions when necessary, ensuring the UX is intuitive and smooth.
4. Work with Tailwind CSS and Flowbite as key frameworks.
5. Offer input on design decisions during team discussions, making sure the UI/UX strategy aligns with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. A basic eye for design with the ability to think logically and strategically about user experience.
3. Experience with Ruby on Rails or exposure to React, Angular, or Node is a plus but not required.
4. You should feel comfortable working on front-end tasks, but with a mindset geared towards long-term growth in UI/UX.
