Our client is revolutionizing customer and community engagement through no-code Interactive Loyalty tools – helping brands, sports teams, and creators tackle the challenges of customer acquisition and retention, trusted by GODIVA, BLONDISH, Market, Les Benjamins, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Build autonomously and lead their vertical of feature and product in a fast pace over time in collaboration with the CEO, engineers, and design team.
- Develop, end to end lead new customer-facing features across our web apps and backends.
- Scale our backend systems and build automation tools for our next million users.
- Configure monitoring, deployment, and developer tooling to improve system reliability and multiply engineering efficiency.
- Excited to interface with smart contract protocols underlying our no-code tooling for brands.
- Stellar engineering standards for clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Requirements & Expectations:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
- Track record of building full stack in early stage teams.
- Excitement for web3 and working with some of the biggest brands and creators in the world.
- Excellent communication skills - writing clear documentation, running meetings, and speaking clearly.
